Issuance of custody deed

Service description: An electronic service that allows the guardian or their agent to submit a custody verification request for their children under 18 years old, in specific cases such as divorce, the father's absence or illness, provided there is no custody dispute. Service requirements: A valid power of attorney if the applicant is an agent; notarization of documents from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice if the documents are issued outside the Kingdom. Notes: Follow up on the service with the customer via WhatsApp. Cancellation of the service is not allowed after starting implementation. For more clarification, contact customer service.
