Service description: A service that allows the beneficiary to submit a request to conduct a marriage contract for specific categories of society if one of the parties is non-Saudi, or if the spouses do not speak Arabic. Service requirements: - Valid power of attorney - Attendance of the marriage contract parties - If one party is absent, a proxy with a power of attorney authorizing them to complete all necessary procedures must be present - If the wife is divorced, bring the original or a certified copy of the divorce or annulment or marriage dissolution deed - If one party is mentally a minor, bring the original or a certified copy of the guardianship deed - If the wife's father is deceased, bring the original inheritance certificate or a certified copy of it - If one of the spouses is Saudi, they are subject to the regulation of marriage of Saudis to non-Saudis issued by a decision of the Minister of Interior Notes: Follow up on the service with the customer via WhatsApp Cancellation of the service is not allowed after starting implementation For more clarification, contact customer service
