Service description: A service that allows the beneficiary to file a lawsuit in one of the public courts, criminal, civil, personal status, commercial, labor. Service requirements: - Valid agency including a litigation clause, if the applicant is an agent for the beneficiary. - Valid power of attorney, if the applicant is a guardian for the beneficiary. - A copy of the national address. - Identity of the plaintiff and the defendant. Notes: Follow-up of the service with the customer via WhatsApp. Cancellation of the service is not allowed after starting implementation. For more clarification, contact customer service.
