Issuance of guardianship certificate

Service description: A service that allows the beneficiary to submit a request to issue a guardianship deed over: a minor under the age of eighteen. Service requirements: - Proof of the father's absence: a. If the father is deceased, a inheritance inheritance deed or death certificate. b. If the father is absent, a disappearance deed. c. If the father is mentally incapacitated, a medical report indicating the father's mental incapacity. - Family register or birth certificate or the minor's ID. - The request for guardianship must be submitted to the court where the minor resides within its jurisdiction. - Two witnesses and two witnesses. - The minor is mentally incapacitated.
