Request for judicial enforcement

Service description A service that allows the beneficiary to submit a request to execute the enforcement deed whether it is a monetary amount, a judicial ruling, a decision, or a record in personal status matters (custody - visitation - alimony), or if the subject of enforcement is an act or abstention from an act such as (eviction of property). Service requirements An active IBAN account linked to the name of the enforcement requester and their ID number. Knowing the data of the opposing party. Attaching the required documents (mandatory). A valid agency with powers (enforcement request – acknowledgment) if the applicant is an agent on behalf of the beneficiary. Notes Follow up on the service with the customer via WhatsApp. The service cannot be canceled after starting the enforcement. For more clarification, contact customer service.
