Customs services description: The customs service enables clients to perform clearance steps online, where a request for goods inspection or authorization of a customs broker can be submitted, and all inquiries and complaints can be made electronically. Requirements for customs services: - Present a national ID, passport, or residence visa. - The imported goods should be personal in nature and non-commercial in quantity. - Licenses and permits from the competent authorities. - Payment of customs duties and all other fees electronically. - Submission of the cargo manifest by the customs broker or carrier. No prohibited goods locally or internationally are refundable. All goods must be subject to international agreements and treaties.
