Update of the real estate deeds

Service description: A service that enables the beneficiary, the owner of the property deed or their representative, to submit a request to update manual deed data and issue an electronic deed without returning to the notary office, with the ability to print the deed when needed. Service requirements: Front and back images of the deed, and attaching images of supporting documents if available; the deed must not be registered previously; the original deed must be available; the deed must be issued from the notary office and fully owned by the deed owner; proof of ownership of the deed must be brought if the deed does not contain the owner's ID number. Notes: Follow up with the customer via WhatsApp; service cancellation is not allowed after starting implementation; for more clarification, contact customer service.
