Effective for comfort and relaxation, pure magnesium oil is a concentrated chloride magnesium solution spray, pure and extracted from the bottom of the ancient Zechstein Sea in the Netherlands. Ideal for soothing muscles and joints after intense exercise. The spray can be used daily, as it is non-greasy and odorless. Provides about 70 mg of essential magnesium per 4 sprays or 500 mg per teaspoon. Method of use: spray 4-5 times on the skin with massage of the area. It can be applied again as desired. A simple white residue of sea salt may form on the surface of the skin, which can be wiped or rinsed off. Add 2 ounces to bath water or soak feet and immerse for 20-30 minutes.
