Open the filters from both ends and securely attach them to your coffee cup. Measure the amount of coffee you want to prepare (between 8 grams to 15 grams). Grind the coffee or request it pre-ground to V60 filter grind size. Add the ground coffee to the filter using a spoon or pouring. Then gently shake the filter to distribute the coffee evenly. Pour water over the filter and coffee lightly, making sure it covers all the coffee areas (wetting process - about 40 ml of water). Then stop for 30-45 seconds to fully hydrate the coffee. Repeat the pouring lightly and continuously (about 200 ml of water). After filtering, carefully dispose of the filter. Enjoy a quick and delicious cup of coffee. Details: 22 filter pieces.
