Proista Smart Scale Second Edition

The second Proista smart scale developed with Barista consideration, includes 6 easy-to-use methods. It is perfect for both espresso and pour-over brewing methods...., and now comes with a rechargeable battery! Excellent for café and home use, allowing you to weigh coffee and water up to ten grams. With an integrated timer, you won't have to break your focus from your coffee brewing area. The entire scale is built using nano-coat water-resistant technology. Keep the scale on a drip tray without fear of flooding. Even if wet, the rubber coating provides an easy grip. The scales come with six brewing modes, each with settings that make espresso and pour-over brewing more efficient and hands-free. Automatic 1: Fully automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is measured and the timer starts automatically. Automatic 2: Semi-automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tared but the timer must be started manually. When the cup is removed, the time and weight reset to zero. Automatic 3: Alternative semi-automatic espresso mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tared. Automatic 4: Fully automatic pour-over mode. When a cup is placed on the scale, the weight is tared. When the first drops of espresso are detected, the timer starts automatically. Hand 1: More pour-over mode. When a brewing vessel is placed on the scale, the weight is tared. When coffee is added, the weight drops after 3 seconds. Hand 2: Manual pour-over mode. Start the timer and tare the scale as needed.
