This special harvest comes to you from the far north of Sumatra Island, where the Aceh region is located with its towering mountains and relatively cool climate, making it an ideal place for growing Arabica coffee beans. This harvest was processed using wet peeling technology, where the pulp of ripe cherries is removed, then subjected to several days of fermentation to improve process stability, with the addition of lychee fruit extract with utmost precision. After the beans are partially dried, the semi-dry skins (wet peeling) are removed, then the drying process is resumed until the desired moisture level is reached.
