Our new harvest! This harvest comes from the Tarazo region in Costa Rica from an altitude ranging between 1500-1700 meters above sea level where the best crops are available. It is often said that the Costa Rican government produces coffee below the required standard, which is illegal because the coffee exported reflects the country's values and due to limited production and resources, so they do not grow any coffee unless it is of high quality. This harvest is the result of hard efforts and strenuous work shared by farmers Kenneth and Kristiana over 20 years to achieve the best possible outcome in terms of quality, care, and processing diversity. Hints: brown sugar, cinnamon, toffee. Processing: anaerobic dried. Variety: Catuaí.
