Product description
Rapid self-test for qualitative assessment of sperm concentration in human semen with complete specificity for men at home. This kit is designed for use in the qualitative assessment of sperm concentration in human semen at home, meaning that the test will determine whether the sperm count is sufficient for conception during intercourse, taking into account the wife's ovulation timing. A low sperm concentration indicates a lower likelihood of pregnancy, so it is recommended to visit a specialist doctor for advice on how to improve sperm concentration.
Method of use:
Remove the test kit from the pouch and place it horizontally on a flat surface. Using the dropper inside the aluminum foil pouch, then dispense one drop of semen into the sample well A. Once the semen is absorbed into well A, add three drops of blue dye solution into the test well A and leave it for one to two minutes to absorb. Now add two drops of clear rinsing solution into the test well A and leave it for one to two minutes to absorb, then read the results immediately.
Observe the color of the test well, then compare it to the reference color B. The darker the color of well A, the higher the sperm concentration.
Precautions:
Please read all information in this leaflet before performing the test.
This kit can be used as a laboratory diagnostic test only with a sample of human semen, and cannot be used with any other body fluids.
This test kit is designed for initial screening only, and negative results should be frequently discussed with a general practitioner or a specialist.
When adding samples, dye solution, and rinsing solution, try to avoid any bubbles, as they may negatively affect the test results.
Be sure to follow the "timing" instructions carefully when performing the test and monitoring the results.
Avoid removing the liquefaction powder from the bottom of the collection cup, as it helps liquefy the semen.
Store the kit at room temperature and avoid highly humid places. If the foil pouch is damaged or opened, do not use it.
Once the test card pouch is opened, it should be used as soon as possible to prevent prolonged exposure to air, which may lead to incorrect results.
Freezing the kit or using it after the printed expiration date on the pouch is prohibited.
Store the test kit either at room temperature or in the refrigerator (2-30°C) in the sealed bag until the expiration date.
Do not freeze.
Keep the test kits away from direct sunlight, humidity, and heat.
All components can be disposed of after use according to local regulations, and all samples should be considered potentially infectious and handled accordingly.
If there are difficulties in determining the color (color blindness), seek help from others to read the test.
For external use only. Biting is prohibited.
