Product description

Berkeley Health offers a self-test to detect ferritin levels in whole blood samples. Learn about potential iron deficiency, which is a precursor to anemia, and can manifest as tingling, or coldness in the feet, or persistent fatigue, or headache. Easily monitor your iron stores at home using the reliable ferritin test. Method of use: Start by taking a blood sample using the sterile lancet provided. Use the included capillary tube to collect the blood sample up to the marked black line. Carefully place the collected blood sample into the designated sample well(s) on the test strip. Add two drops of diluent precisely into the same well. Wait 5 minutes before interpreting the test results. The test result is indicated by colored lines: two lines indicate ferritin levels above 30 nanograms/milliliter, while one line (at C) indicates below-normal levels requiring medical consultation. https://www.youtube.com/embed/CB-NlRglg_0 Precautions: Before use, carefully read the instructions provided to ensure accurate test results. Follow the outlined procedures precisely, using only the specified amounts of blood and diluent. Store the test components within a temperature range of +4°C to +30°C. Avoid freezing. This test and lancet are for single use only. For external diagnostic purposes only. Do not swallow any part of the kit. This is a laboratory diagnostic device designed for individual use. This test is not recommended for individuals taking anticoagulant medications or those with hemophilia. After completion, dispose of all test components according to local waste disposal regulations.
