Brushing teeth twice daily helps in deep repair of the internal tooth channels, reducing sensitivity to help you enjoy life without worrying about sensitive tooth pain. Use fluoride toothpaste daily for long-lasting relief from tooth sensitivity, while maintaining your teeth and gum health. Indications: Helps prevent cavities. Provides increased protection against tooth sensitivity pain when consuming cold, hot, acidic, sweet, or abrasive foods.* With brushing twice daily. Directions for use Adults and children 12 years and older: Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the product on a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush your teeth well for at least one minute twice daily (morning and evening), not more than 3 times a day, or as recommended by your dentist or doctor. Make sure to clean all sensitive areas of the teeth. It is preferable to minimize swallowing. Spit out after brushing. For children under 12 years: Consult a dentist or healthcare provider.
