Instructions: 1 Shake vigorously 4 times upright & 4 times upside down before use. 2 Prime the pump before initial use. 3 Apply 1 to 2 sprays into each nostril. 4 Use at the start of allergic reaction 2 - 3 times a day (works 4 to 6 hours).
