Metaz Lotion - Mometasone furoate 0.1% lotion Metaz ® Lotion is medium-strength synthetic corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory activity. Metaz ® Lotion indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis. Metaz ® Lotion is used to treat skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, allergies, and rash. Mometasone decreases swelling inflammation, itching, and redness. Metaz ® lotion formulation can be applied to scalp lesions. Metaz ® lotion can be used for a maximum of 3 weeks duration on the body and of 5 days duration on the face, scalp, axillae and scrotum.
