Product description

The Uniview IPC325SB-DF28K-I0 is a 5MP network dome with a 2.8mm lens covering 110° horizontally, 30m Smart IR, line-crossing and intrusion alerts and people counting. It suits shop floors, warehouses and courtyards that need wide coverage from one camera.

====

The Uniview IPC325SB-DF28K-I0 is a 5MP network dome built for wide spaces. Its 2.8mm lens covers 110° horizontally and 130° diagonally, so a single unit takes in a full shop floor or warehouse bay. Along with that wide view you get alerts for line crossing and intrusion, people counting and Smart IR night vision out to 30 meters.

Why choose the Uniview IPC325SB-DF28K-I0

A 1/2.7" CMOS sensor records 5MP (2880×1620) at 30 fps, and LightHunter imaging holds color down to 0.002 lux.

  • 110° horizontal and 58.7° vertical field of view.
  • Detect at 63m, recognize at 12.6m, identify at 6.3m.
  • Smart IR up to 30m.
  • 120dB true WDR.
  • MicroSD storage up to 512GB in the camera.

Alerts that tell people from vehicles

Draw a virtual line across a warehouse door or along a courtyard wall, and the camera alerts you when it is crossed, or when something enters or leaves a defined zone. Because targets are classified as human, motor vehicle or non-motor vehicle, swaying trees, birds and passing headlights trigger far fewer false alarms. The alarm output can switch on a siren or a light when an event fires.

People counting for shops and halls

The camera counts people moving in a direction you set and can flag crowd density above a threshold. Use it to see how busy a store gets at peak hours or to keep an eye on waiting areas.

Recording and mobile viewing

The camera runs three streams at once: 5MP for NVR recording, 720p for viewing on a phone over a weak connection, and a D1 third stream. Ultra 265 keeps files small, and with ANR the microSD card fills any gap in NVR footage after a network outage.

Where it fits in Saudi Arabia

  • Shop floors and supermarkets: wide coverage with visitor counts.
  • Warehouses: after-hours intrusion alerts at doors and aisles.
  • Villa and istiraha courtyards: one view that covers the whole yard.
  • Residential building entrances: 9:16 corridor mode for stairs and hallways.

Protection, power and compatibility

The 0.42kg metal housing is rated IP67 and IK10 and runs from -40°C to 60°C. Power comes from 802.3af PoE or a 12V DC adapter. There is one audio input and one output for an external mic or speaker, but no built-in microphone. ONVIF Profiles S, G, T and M make it compatible with Uniview NVRs and other ONVIF recorders.

IPC325SB-DF28K-I0 or IPC325SB-DF40K-I0?

The two cameras are identical apart from the lens. The DF28K uses a 2.8mm lens with a 110° horizontal view and identifies people up to 6.3m away. The DF40K has a 4mm lens with a 91.2° view, identifies up to 9m and detects motion up to 90m. Go with the DF28K for wide spaces at short range and the DF40K for entrances and corridors where subjects are farther away.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the IPC325SB-DF28K-I0 have a microphone?

There is no built-in mic, but it has an audio input for an external mic and an audio output for a speaker.

What is the difference between DF28K and DF40K?

Only the lens: 2.8mm with a 110° view and 6.3m identification, versus 4mm with a 91.2° view and 9m identification.

Does it detect intrusion and tell people from cars?

Yes. It supports line crossing, intrusion and area enter/leave detection with human, vehicle and non-motor vehicle classification.
