Product description

The Uniview PKC5601-C4Z-LED44-WH puts a 4MP plate-reading camera, an LED message display, a speaker and two warm-light LEDs (50 m) on a single pole. It is built for gated compounds, schools and company car parks that want vehicles to enter by plate, without cards or remotes.

====

The Uniview PKC5601-C4Z-LED44-WH is an all-in-one car park entrance unit: a 4MP plate-reading camera, an LED message display and a talk-back speaker on one pre-assembled pole. On this version the night lighting is warm visible light, not infrared. It fits gated compounds, schools and company sites that want entry by plate, with no cards or remotes.

Key specs of the Uniview PKC5601-C4Z-LED44-WH

Three devices in one pole. The key numbers:

  • 1/1.8" sensor, 2688×1520 resolution, up to 60 fps.
  • 2.8-12 mm lens with a 106.4° to 50.3° horizontal field of view.
  • Two warm-light LEDs reaching 50 m, switching on and off automatically.
  • 304×304 mm display, four text lines, 1500 cd/m² brightness, 120° viewing angle.
  • microSD slot up to 512GB for on-device storage.
  • IP54 housing, rated from -30 to 60°C.

Saudi plate recognition and automatic barrier control

Recognition runs inside the camera, so there is no PC or server at the gate. Saudi Arabia is among the supported countries, along with the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Load resident or staff plates into the allowlist (up to 20,000) and banned plates into the blocklist (same size). Then pick an opening rule: allowlist only, any recognized vehicle, all vehicles, or everyone except the blocklist. The open command goes out through one of the two relay outputs straight to the barrier.

It is rated for lanes at up to 30 km/h, with 99%+ capture and 98%+ recognition under the recommended installation and lighting. Each event also logs vehicle type (10 classes), color (12) and make (133 manufacturers).

Why warm light on the WH version?

Warm LEDs light the gate visibly, so drivers know the entrance is monitored. Range is 50 m.

Display and talk-back for drivers

The display shows text in red, green or yellow: the plate number, a welcome line or a "not registered" notice. An 8 Ω, 5 W speaker, intercom support and a physical call button let a driver call security when the barrier stays down.

Where it fits in Saudi Arabia

  • Residential compounds: residents drive in by plate, visitor cars are logged.
  • Schools: teacher and staff cars enter in the morning without a queue at the gate.
  • Company car parks and warehouses: a timed, photographed record of every vehicle in and out.
  • Rest houses and event halls: a lit, organized entrance after dark.

Integration and installation

One 10/100M RJ45 port, ONVIF Profile S, G and T, and an SDK and API connect it to parking software. Two RS485 ports, Wiegand output and two digital inputs link it to barriers and access panels. Power is 100-240 VAC mains, not PoE. The 1300 mm galvanized column is anchored with the expansion bolts in the box.

Frequently Asked Questions
