Product description

The Grandstream UCM6304 from the UCM6300 series has 4 FXO ports for landlines and 4 FXS ports for analog handsets. It fits mid-size and large businesses that want calling, video meetings and a mobile app on one box.

====

The Grandstream UCM6304 is the third model in the UCM6300 series and puts calling, video meetings and mobile apps in a single rack-mount box. It has 4 FXO ports for existing landlines and 4 FXS ports for analog phones. It is a practical upgrade for mid-size and large companies, schools and hospitals moving off an old PBX without giving up their current lines.

Grandstream UCM6304 specs at a glance

  • 4 FXO and 4 FXS RJ11 ports.
  • 3 Gigabit Ethernet ports with NAT router and switch modes.
  • 2 USB 3.0 ports and an SD slot for recordings and backups.

Keep your landlines and analog phones

Moving to IP does not mean scrapping what already works. The four FXO ports take landlines directly, and the four FXS ports run analog handsets and fax machines at reception or the guard room. Add SIP trunks whenever you need more capacity. For larger analog estates, connect a FXS gateway such as the GXW4224.

Video meetings without a third-party subscription

Meeting rooms run on the PBX itself: unlimited rooms. Staff join from a desk phone or from the Wave app, and internal meetings stay on your own system.

Wave app and remote management

Grandstream Wave is free on Android, iOS, desktop and browser, so extensions and meetings follow employees anywhere. IT teams get UCM RemoteConnect for secure remote access, GDMS for cloud management of the PBX and endpoints, and an API for CRM and hotel PMS integrations.

Call center and IVR included

The built-in IVR goes up to 64 layers deep in multiple languages, so callers pick a department or branch from the menu. For call centers you can create several queues; automatic call distribution (ACD) routes each call by agent skill, availability and workload, with announcements while callers wait. Recordings and voicemail are stored on an SD card or USB drive.

Where the UCM6304 fits in Saudi Arabia

  • Head offices with branches in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam on one numbering plan.
  • Schools and universities that need admin extensions plus landlines for parents.
  • Hospitals and clinics running appointment queues and a multi-language IVR up to 64 layers deep.
  • Call centers using queues and skill-based call distribution.

Compatible devices

The UCM6304 zero-config provisions Grandstream endpoints such as GRP2600 phones, DP700 DECT systems and GDS door intercoms, and it registers any standard SIP phone from other brands.

Security

Secure boot, a unique per-device certificate and a random default password come standard, along with SRTP, TLS and 802.1X.

UCM6304 vs UCM6302 vs UCM6308

The UCM6302 is a compact desktop unit with 2 FXO and 2 FXS. The UCM6308 shares the rack chassis but moves up to 8 FXO + 8 FXS. The UCM6304A is a different unit from the audio-only UCM6300A line: a compact desktop box without video meetings. Pick the UCM6304 for up to four landlines in a rack unit with video meetings.
