Product description

The Grandstream GRP2613 is a 6-line desk IP phone with 24 BLF keys, a 2.8-inch color screen and dual Gigabit ports. It is built for people who answer and transfer calls all day: reception and secretarial desks in offices, hotels and hospitals.

====

The Grandstream GRP2613 is the largest phone in this group of the GRP2600 Carrier-Grade series: 6 line keys, a 2.8-inch color screen and 24 BLF keys, on dual Gigabit ports. It is designed for receptionists, secretaries and office managers, anyone who fields a steady flow of calls and passes them on to colleagues all day.

Grandstream GRP2613 specifications

  • 6 line keys.
  • 24 digital BLF keys and 24 VPKs.
  • 2.8-inch 320×240 TFT color screen.
  • Dual 10/100/1000 Gigabit ports.
  • 11 dedicated keys, including Conference and Phonebook.
  • 5V/0.6A adapter in the box.

A full status board for the front desk

With 24 BLF keys, the receptionist sees 24 extensions right on the phone: who is on a call and who is free. One press on a colleague's key sends the call over, with no numbers to remember and no checking first. At a hotel front desk or a medical center, that means shorter waits for callers and fewer misrouted calls.

A dedicated key for every task

There are 11 fixed keys: Message with LED, Phonebook, Transfer, Conference, Hold, Headset, Mute, Send/Redial, Speakerphone and volume up and down. Nobody has to open a menu mid-call. Add 5-way conferencing, a call log of up to 2,000 records and a 1,000-entry phonebook, and it handles a busy shift comfortably.

Clearer audio in busy spaces

Grandstream lists Noise Shield technology in the datasheet to cut background noise, useful in open reception areas. Handset and speaker deliver HD audio with G.722 and Opus, and the RJ9 headset jack supports EHS with Plantronics headsets.

Gigabit and an adapter included

The second port passes a full Gigabit link to the PC. Power comes from the included adapter, and 802.3az Energy-Efficient Ethernet is supported. Manage it alongside your other phones through GDMS or TR-069, with secure boot and SRTP and TLS encryption.

Where it is used in Saudi Arabia

  • Hotel front desks in Makkah, Madinah and Riyadh.
  • Hospital and medical center reception.
  • Executive assistants and department managers.
  • School and university administration.

Compatibility and mounting

Standard SIP means it works with Grandstream UCM systems through Zero Config, plus Yeastar, 3CX and any SIP PBX. It ships with a 2-angle desk stand and wall-mounts with the GRP_WM_S bracket, sold separately.

GRP2613 vs GRP2612G

Both have Gigabit ports and an adapter in the box. The GRP2612G offers 4 line keys, a 2.4-inch screen and 16 BLF keys, plenty for a regular staff desk. Go for the GRP2613 if you monitor more than 16 colleagues or want dedicated Conference and Phonebook keys, and the GRP2613W if you also need Wi-Fi.
