Product description

The Grandstream GRP2615 is a reception IP phone with 10 line keys, up to 16 SIP accounts and a 4.3-inch color screen, with 40 built-in BLF keys and support for the GBX20 expansion module. It suits front desks at hotels, hospitals and large companies.

====

A hotel or hospital receptionist answers dozens of calls an hour and routes them to many departments, and the Grandstream GRP2615 is built for exactly that seat. It has 10 line keys, up to 16 SIP accounts, a large 4.3-inch color screen and 40 built-in BLF keys that you can extend with the GBX20 module. As part of the GRP2600 Carrier-Grade series, it also brings Bluetooth and dual Gigabit ports.

Grandstream GRP2615 at a glance

  • 10 line keys with dual-color LEDs, up to 16 SIP accounts.
  • 4.3-inch 480×272 color TFT screen.
  • 40 built-in digital BLF keys, plus 40 more per GBX20 module.
  • Dual 10/100/1000 PoE ports and Bluetooth.
  • USB port and RJ9 headset jack.

A full switchboard on one desk

The 40 BLF keys show departments, rooms and doctors by name on the big screen, each with live line status. You see that the emergency desk is busy and the director's office is free, and transfer straight away. For a large building with a hundred extensions, add a GBX20 to get another 40 keys per module instead of relying on staff memory.

A 4.3-inch screen you can read at a glance

At 480×272, the display lets staff read caller name and line without leaning in. There are 5 context-sensitive softkeys and 9 fixed keys for transfer, hold, mute, headset and redial, the keys a receptionist presses hundreds of times a day.

Clear audio for long shifts

The handset and speaker use HD wideband audio with G.722 and Opus, and Noise Shield technology filters out lobby noise. Headset users get an RJ9 jack with EHS for Plantronics models, Bluetooth for wireless headsets, and a USB port.

Your brand on the phone, managed in bulk

Swappable faceplates let you put the hotel or company logo on every unit. Provisioning runs centrally through GDMS, TR-069 or encrypted XML files, backed by secure boot, TLS, SRTP and 802.1X. Arabic menus are available.

Where it is used in Saudi Arabia

  • Hotel front desks in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Jeddah.
  • Hospital and medical complex switchboards.
  • Main reception in office towers and large companies.
  • Call center supervisors.

Compatibility and installation

It works with Grandstream UCM systems such as the UCM6308 for larger sites, as well as Yeastar and any SIP PBX. A 12 V adapter is in the box, and the phone also runs on PoE. The GRP_WM_L bracket handles wall mounting. It measures 243 × 210 × 82.3 mm and weighs 970 g.

GRP2615 vs GRP2616

Both have a 4.3-inch main screen, 16 SIP accounts and USB. The GRP2615 has 10 line keys and 40 BLF keys and accepts the GBX20, so it belongs at reception. The GRP2616 has 6 line keys, a 2.4-inch side screen and 48 virtual keys, better suited to a manager or supervisor.
