Product description

The Grandstream GSC3570 is an indoor intercom station with a 7-inch touchscreen and 4 SIP accounts for answering and opening GDS door units and monitoring 4 alarm inputs. It is a straightforward door-control point for guard rooms, receptions and warehouses.

====

The Grandstream GSC3570 is an indoor intercom and facility control station for a wall or a desk, built around a 7-inch 1024x600 touchscreen and four SIP accounts. From one screen, a guard or receptionist answers door calls, sees who is outside, releases the lock and keeps an eye on alarm sensors. It fits compound security rooms, office reception desks and warehouse gatehouses across Saudi Arabia.

Grandstream GSC3570 key specs

It runs a dedicated Linux build focused on calls, doors and alarms.

  • 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, 1024x600, with a Home key.
  • 4 SIP accounts with hold, call waiting, call log and auto-answer.
  • H.264 video decoding up to 720p at 30 fps.
  • Dual built-in speakers with full-duplex HD audio and echo cancellation.
  • microSD slot for cards up to 256GB.

Door entry for up to 20 GDS units

Pair the GSC3570 with GDS37xx door stations. It supports up to 20 GDS devices, each controlling two doors. When a visitor rings, the door preview pops up with open buttons for both doors. The screen also plays RTSP streams from IP cameras or door units and saves snapshots to the SD card.

Alarm inputs and relay output

The terminal block on the back carries 4 alarm inputs: one active input accepting up to 15V and three dry-contact inputs for door sensors, push buttons and switches. A single NO/NC relay output, rated 125VAC/0.5A or 30VDC/2A, can drive an electric lock, a light or a siren. Hold the SOS key and the station rings up to 4 preset numbers, one after another or all at once.

Networking and power options

Two switched 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports let you power the unit from an 802.3af PoE switch and daisy-chain another device off the second port. No cable at the mounting spot? Use dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4GHz and 5GHz, 802.11ac). Power can also come from a 12V 1A adapter or a 5V 2A micro USB supply.

Typical uses in KSA

  • Compound and residential tower guard rooms handling several gates from one desk.
  • Clinic and corporate receptions that need to see visitors before buzzing them in.
  • Warehouses in Riyadh and Dammam watching loading-bay doors and contact sensors.
  • Villas with a street gate and a separate annex entrance.

Works with Grandstream GDS, GSC and SIP PBXs

The GSC3570 talks natively to GDS door access units and GSC intercom and paging devices; Grandstream lists the GDS3710 and GDS3705 as optional accessories. As a standard SIP endpoint it registers as an extension on a Grandstream UCM or another SIP PBX, so staff can call the guard room from their desk phones. An API and SDK are available for third-party door systems.

GSC3570 or GSC3575?

The GSC3570 runs Linux and offers 4 SIP accounts, two Ethernet ports, 4 alarm inputs and one relay, and it operates up to 50°C. The GSC3575 moves to Android 13 with Google Play, 6 SIP accounts, 8 alarm inputs and two relays, and adds Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0 and a USB port, but it has a single Ethernet port and is rated to 40°C. Pick the GSC3570 for straightforward door entry and alarm monitoring; pick the GSC3575 when you also want building apps or a meeting room panel.
