====

The Uniview OER-SR22 is a network access controller that runs two doors from a single wall-mounted enclosure. It takes up to four card readers, keeps 42,000 cards and 200,000 access events on board, and talks to your network over TCP/IP. Think of a small office, clinic or branch that needs a controlled front door plus one sensitive room, such as a server room or stockroom, without paying for a large system. Quotes sometimes list it as UNV OER-SR22.

Uniview OER-SR22 key specs

  • 2 doors with 4 Wiegand reader inputs.
  • 2 relay outputs rated 7 A each, one per door lock.
  • 2 door magnetic sensor ports.
  • 42,000 cards and 200,000 events.
  • Direct 100 to 240 V AC power input.

Card readers and Wiegand formats

The panel takes four card readers and accepts the common WG18, WG26, WG34 and WG66 Wiegand formats. Compatible readers include the OEC-R3H-M wall-mounted Mifare reader and the OEC-R3H-MK keypad version for sites that want card plus PIN. New cards are enrolled through a connected reader, so no separate issuing station is required.

Door sensors, fire input and exit buttons

The door sensor port tells the controller whether a door actually shut or was left ajar after someone walked through. A single fire module expansion port lets you tie the panel into the building's fire alarm. For the inside of the door, compatible accessories include the OEP-GP2 and OEP-GM5 exit buttons, the OEP-GM6-R infrared switch and the OEP-GP6 emergency button.

Remote management and installation

Open the web interface at the default address 192.168.1.150 to watch events in real time and push firmware upgrades without a site visit. The enclosure locks with a key and has several mounting hole patterns on the back, which helps when you replace an older panel. It measures 235 × 305 × 76 mm, weighs 2.2 kg and runs indoors from -10 to +65°C.

Typical sites in Saudi Arabia

  • A small office in Riyadh or Jeddah: main entrance and server room.
  • A clinic: reception door and medical supplies store.
  • A retail branch or showroom: front door and back stockroom.
  • A residential building: lobby door and electrical room or roof access.

OER-SR22 or OER-SR42?

Both share the same enclosure and the same 42,000-card and 200,000-event capacity. The only differences are counts and weight: the OER-SR22 handles 2 doors, 4 readers, 2 relays and 2 door sensors at 2.2 kg, while the OER-SR42 handles 4 doors, 8 readers, 4 relays and 4 door sensors at 2.3 kg. With two doors, the SR22 is all you need. With three doors, or plans to add more soon, go for the OER-SR42.
