Usage method: Mood Color cream dye should be mixed with Mood oxidant emulsion at 10, 20, 30, or 40 volumes. The 10-volume oxidant emulsion darkens the hair or gives it tone or color. The 20-volume emulsion colors the tone over the tone, covers white hair, and/or lightens the tone. The 30-volume oxidant emulsion lightens 2-3 shades. The 40-volume oxidant emulsion lightens 4 shades; for more than 4 shades, it is recommended to use super-lightening ranges.
