Adol Sinus is an analgesic, antipyretic, and decongestant medication designed to alleviate symptoms associated with the common cold, influenza, and sinus congestion. It contains two active ingredients: Paracetamol (325 mg) to relieve pain and reduce fever, and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (30 mg) to help reduce nasal congestion and facilitate easier breathing. The formula is free from antihistamines—which often cause drowsiness—making it suitable for daytime use when taken according to medical instructions. Each pack contains 24 tablets.

Directions for Use:

Take orally with a glass of water.

Adults: Take 1 to 2 tablets up to 3 times daily, with a maximum of 6 tablets within 24 hours.

Adolescents (16–18 years): Take 2 tablets up to 3 times daily, with a maximum of 6 tablets within 24 hours.

Children (12–15 years): Take 1 tablet up to 3 times daily, with a maximum of 3 tablets within 24 hours.

Allow an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Do not use for more than 5 days without consulting a doctor.

Warnings:

Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, pseudoephedrine, or any of the other ingredients.

Not for use by children under 12 years of age.

Individuals with high blood pressure or heart disease should consult a doctor before use.

Consult a doctor before use if you have kidney disease, an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism), glaucoma, or an enlarged prostate.

Do not take with other medications containing paracetamol, as this may lead to an overdose and liver damage. Avoid using this product in combination with other decongestants without consulting a physician.

Do not use this product if you are taking—or have taken within the last 14 days—monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).

Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Some users may experience insomnia, nervousness, dizziness, or an increased heart rate.

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy.

Discontinue use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience a sudden, severe headache, difficulty breathing, or symptoms of a severe allergic reaction.

Do not exceed the recommended dose or use the medication for extended periods without consulting a physician.

Keep out of reach of children.

Store at a temperature below 30°C, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Do not use the medication after the expiration date.
