Implementation of a mobile car wash application

An application acting as an intermediary between service providers (car wash services) and the customer to facilitate the customer's request for car washing service from their location, aiming to save time and effort. The customer logs into the application and determines their location from the main page, and can also change their location from the main page. They select their car type, then nearby car washes are displayed based on the closest branch to their location. If there are premium service providers, they will appear at the top of the main page. The customer chooses the car wash and views its profile and the average customer ratings in stars. The customer reviews the services offered by the car wash and the price of each service, then selects the desired service from the available options. It shows the current location of the car on the map, allows the customer to choose the service time (immediately / specific time), and sends the request so it reaches the supervisor at the car wash. Then a timer screen appears, indicating that a response will be received within a fixed time (5 minutes). Next, a map shows the worker's route as they approach the service location (after the request is accepted and the worker is directed by the supervisor). The customer pays the service fee according to the method set by the management: before or after the service is performed. After the request is accepted by the service provider, the timer stops immediately. The service provider then sees all available workers near the customer's location and their current locations, and the request is directed to the worker. After the worker completes the service, the customer rates the car wash with stars. The car wash supervisor logs into the application, where they see statistics of orders, the number of branches, the number of employees (workers), and net financial transactions on the main page. They then receive customer requests, review request details, and accept or reject the request within a fixed time (5 minutes). The supervisor sees each request linked to any branch, then a screen with nearby workers belonging to the same branch. The supervisor directs the request to the worker to execute the service. The worker logs into the application and activates GPS. They receive requests sent by the supervisor, review request details, and communicate with the customer. Then, the worker proceeds to perform the service. Application earning mechanism: commissions from service providers. Project implementation duration: 60 days after approval of the designs.
