The SIM card will be activated in your name and specifically for you, and you will find it after activation in the Mystc app. After placing the order, you will be contacted via WhatsApp and asked to send us the following information: mobile number: civil record number: communication code number from the National Access system that is yours: ________________________________________________________________ How the service works: To obtain the code, please follow the following: select "Start Service" below, and you will be automatically redirected to the unified National Access portal "Nafath". Log in to the unified National Access portal "Nafath" using the username and password assigned for access to the "Absher" platform. After successful login, all services provided in the "Nafath" portal will appear; please select the "Communication Card Verification Code" service. Please choose the service provider you wish to proceed with to execute the required service. The verification code will appear; after noting the code, select "Finish" and then log out of the portal. Instructions: You must note the communication card verification code and keep it to present to the service provider. The validity of the communication card verification code is 4 hours starting from the issuance of the code. The communication card verification code is valid for executing only one service with the same operator; if you wish to execute another service, please obtain another code by following the same procedures outlined above. The verification code is used to perform the following services: issuing a new communication card, issuing additional or replacement SIM cards, transferring the number from one operator to another, or requesting activation of a communication card for an actual user.
