User manual for TDS measuring device Specifications Measurement range: from 0 to 2999 parts per million (PPM) Features Single button operation. Automatic reading lock feature. Auto power off. Factory calibrated with 200 parts per million NaCl solution. Automatic temperature compensation from 1 to 50 degrees Celsius. Operation instructions Prepare a water sample in a container like a cup. Remove the probe cover and press the button, 000 will appear on the screen. Place the probe in the water sample. The device body is only partially water-resistant and must be kept dry. Move the device and gently tap it on the cup for 2–3 seconds to remove air bubbles near the probe, as bubbles affect measurement accuracy. Remove the device from the water to get the TDS reading, which will lock automatically. For a new measurement, press the button to clear the reading, and 000 will appear. After measurement, wipe the device and replace the cover. The device will automatically turn off after 15 seconds of operation. To turn off manually, press the button for 3 seconds. Installing and changing the battery Change the battery when the display becomes dim. Open the battery cover. Insert a new 3-volt CR2032 battery, ensuring the positive (+) terminal is facing up. Close the cover, press the button, and 000 will appear on the screen. Note Accuracy: ±2% when the reading is less than 300 PPM ±5% when between 300 – 800 PPM ±10% when more than 800 PPM The device is only partially water-resistant, so caution is needed during use and storage to avoid malfunction due to moisture.
