The device automatically compensates for temperature changes. After the reading stabilizes (30 to 45 seconds), press the Hold button to save the reading. When finished, shake the device slightly to remove water or wipe it with a cloth. Precautions Do not fully drop the device into water or submerge it beyond the specified immersion level. The device is not fully waterproof, and water entering the device may void the warranty. Do not store the device in high heat or direct sunlight, as this reduces its lifespan and may void the warranty. The TDS device is used to test the efficiency of filters or water purifiers.
