Description of the trade name reservation service: It is an electronic service that allows the customer to submit a request to reserve a trade name without going to the ministry building and obtaining approval from the concerned employee. Requirements for the trade name reservation service: The conditioned trade name must not be similar in singular or plural form to any previously registered trade name for another person. The trade name must be in Arabic and have a clear meaning, as names that are non-Arabic or do not carry a meaning are not accepted. Using family names in the trade name is prohibited unless the name is existing, related to the same activity of the customer, and previously registered. The name must not contain titles such as lawyer, Mr., Mrs., Prince, Princess, Sheikh, father, brother. The use of Gulfian, Arabic, global, and international words as part of the trade name is allowed. Names that include a religious phrase are prohibited, as there is a list of names that are forbidden to register. The trade name must not contain the name of a non-Arabic country or city. A trade name containing the word "Group" can only be reserved after fulfilling the specified conditions.
