This crop was grown by farmer Louis Jarrot as it has been given special care for his coffee passion and has been dried treated.



The Jarrow family has been in the coffee business for generations. 3 years ago, Louis Jarrow began processing crops at the Cerro Dragon Mini Mill due to the low prices of coffee in the commercial market. Back then they didn't know much about processing, which is why a friend Fernando Prado came to guide them, he thought more about setting up the small mills and marketing their brand and coffee.

Luis's wife Joanna also participated in this activity, along with their daughter, Scarlett. They are very passionate and want to continue working in specialty coffee for many years.

Louis got this farm from his uncle 5 years ago. The group's name is due to the large amount of a variety of trees surrounding the beautiful property called Encinos. These trees are part of the great ecosystem in this region.

Lewis is also interested in taking care of the birds and animals that live here and that is also why he manages the farm as being as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.
