The Garo family began growing coffee decades ago, and the son, Luis Garo, continued his family's journey to preserve and develop its legacy 6 years ago.

Before Luis' journey to develop the farm, their knowledge of coffee processing was simple. This is where Fernando Prado, a friend of the Garo family, came in. He developed the specialty coffee concepts, processing methods, micro crops, and marketing mechanism for their farm after they produced highly rated crops.

The efforts are not limited only to Luis and his friend Fernando, but every member of the Garo family made a clear effort in developing the crops.

(Encinos) is the farm developed by the Garo family. The farm became under the ownership of Luis after he bought it from his uncle and began developing it. In the first years, Luis focused on the quality of growth and development, then he began to focus on increasing production quantities. Taking into account quality, he began releasing his crops.

Louis also aims to treat this farm as part of the ecosystem, limiting the use of unnatural external materials, and even taking care of the birds on the farm.
