Ford Taurus Touch Up Paint Pens – White Platinum Metallic Tricoat UG

White Platinum Metallic Tricoat gives the Ford Taurus a layered pearl-white appearance with added depth under changing light. Because this finish relies on more than one color layer, the ABBcolor Ford Taurus touch up paint set for paint code UG includes two pens: a white base-color pen and a pearl-effect pen for completing the finish over localized scratches and chips.

Product Features

• Designed for Ford Taurus in White Platinum Metallic Tricoat with paint code UG.
• Two-pen system provides the white base color and the separate pearl-effect layer.
• Suitable for localized correction of minor chips and scratches on the layered pearl finish.
• Precision metal tip allows controlled application on narrow scratches and small paint chips.
• Built-in brush provides additional coverage for wider damaged areas when required.
• Offers a practical way to improve isolated paint damage without repainting the complete panel.

How to Use

1. Clean the scratched area thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before starting.
2. Shake the pen well for 25–50 seconds to ensure the paint is fully mixed.
3. Pull the cap upward to expose the metal precision tip for fine scratches.
4. For wider scratches, reinstall the cap and twist open the reservoir to access the built-in brush.
5. Apply thin layers directly onto the damaged area only, allowing each coat to dry before the next.

For this pearl finish, apply the white base-color pen first and allow it to dry, then build the pearl layer gradually with the second pen. View the detailed touch up paint application guide.
