How to use

• Manufacturing stage: Aqueous Phase
• Preparation method: Dissolve in relatively hot water (60–70°C) while stirring continuously until completely dissolved.
• Temperature: Requires relatively higher temperature to ensure melting
• Recommended pH range: 4.0 to 7.0
• Important structural notes:
  • Do not add directly to cold water to avoid sedimentation.
  • It is preferable to prepare a concentrated solution (Stock Solution) and then add it to the formula.
  • It maintains its stability within the recommended pH range.

Recommended ratios

• Facial care products: 0.1% – 0.5%
• Body care products: 0.1% – 0.5%
• For sensitive skin or children's products: 0.1% – 0.3%
• The maximum recommended amount for cosmetic use: usually not exceeding 0.5%

Melting

• Water: Solubiles slowly (requires heating)
• Glycolates: Poorly soluble
• Oils: Insoluble
• Synthetic notes: Sufficient heat and time are required to obtain a clear and stable solution.
