📋 Quick facts

• Type: wildflower honey, southern or Hadrami
• Weight 250 g, about 12 large spoonfuls
• From wild flower nectar, with a share of pollen
• Lab-tested
• Never processed or pasteurised

🌼 Where it comes from

Bees gather nectar from many wild flowers, so the colour shifts a little between batches, as nature intends. The small jar is a good way to try the variety before choosing a bigger size.

🍯 Taste and use

Wildflower honey carries the fragrance of several blossoms, so the taste is floral and distinctive. A spoonful with cheese and warm bread makes a simple breakfast, and it pairs well with yoghurt, figs, Saudi coffee and dates.

📦 Storage

Keep the jar closed in a dry place. Unpasteurised honey may crystallise with time, which is normal for honey.
