🌿 Story and source

Bees gather the nectar from wild flowers in southern or Hadrami areas. The colour follows the blossoms of each batch, and the taste stays fragrant and distinctive.

🥄 Taste and ways to use

Pour it over warm flatbread with ghee, stir it into tea with a sprig of mint, or spoon it over thick yoghurt and fresh figs. It also works in marinades for grilled chicken and in syrup for fruit desserts. Beside Saudi coffee and dates it makes a fitting gift for friends.

🍯 How long does it last?

One kilo suits a small family that has honey most mornings, and it lasts for weeks.

📦 Storage

Keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, and close the jar after each use. If it crystallises over time, that is normal for honey.
