🌼 The story and the source
White acacia trees bloom for a short season, and the bees turn the nectar into a clear, light honey. It is well known in Europe, and it stays liquid longer than most honeys.
🍓 Taste and where it fits
Its sweetness is calm and does not overpower other flavours, so it suits fruit salad, strawberries and grapefruit, breakfast cereal, tea and yoghurt.

Keep it in its sealed jar, away from sun and heat, in a dry place. It is a live honey that may crystallise with time without losing its purity; warming the jar gently in warm water makes it liquid again.
