🥣 How to enjoy it

Eat the granules as they are for their crunch, or mix them into honey, yogurt or juice. They also taste great sprinkled over labneh or soaked oats, or on a fruit salad just before serving so they stay crunchy.

🐝 From flower to pack

Bees gather nectar from flowers, and pollen sticks to their hind legs on the way back to the hive. It is collected at the hive entrance with special traps, then packed in a 50 g pack. Because the flowers differ, the colour of the granules differs from pack to pack.
