🌿 About Talh honey

Talh is a tree of the acacia family, and the honey takes its name from it. It has a light golden colour, a smooth texture and a gentle sweetness that does not overpower food. At 2 kg it covers daily tea and weekend baking.

🍽️ Ways to enjoy it

Sweeten karak, green tea or black tea with a spoon of Talh in place of sugar. Knead it into date cookies or ma'amoul dough, brush it over roasted nuts, or whisk it with mustard for a chicken glaze. For breakfast, pour it over oats, pancakes or labneh with walnuts, and when guests come, serve it in a small bowl beside Arabic coffee and fresh dates.

📦 Storage

Keep the container closed in a cool place away from the sun. If crystals form, warm the container gently in water. With two containers, one can stay sealed until the first is finished.
