Black Forest Honey from Spain 500 g

A 500 g jar of Black Forest honey from Spain: a dark, almost black honey made from the sap of forest trees rather than flower nectar. It arrives within a day in Riyadh and in 1 to 3 working days elsewhere.

• Variety: authentic Black Forest honey
• Country of origin: Spain
• Weight: 500 g
• Brand: GRANDA PARADISE
• Colour: dark brown, close to black
• Texture: thick and dense
• Flavour: deep woody with a faint smoky touch

🌲 Where does the dark colour come from?

In this variety the bees gather secretions from trees in Spanish forests. That sets it apart from flower honey: it is darker, calmer in sweetness and deeper in taste, closer to wood than to blossom.

☕ How to enjoy it

Start with a small spoonful on its own to meet the light woody, smoky flavour. Then serve it with black coffee, on salty cheese, with yoghurt and oats, or instead of sugar in dark desserts.

🫙 Storage and crystallising

Close the lid tightly and keep the jar somewhere mild, away from sun and heat; no fridge is needed. If crystals form over time, that is common in honey and does not mean it has spoiled.
