The DM-KEM 35 is a machine used for high-pressure injection pumping of high-density and low-fluidity calcium-based liquid chemicals (cement, plaster, ready-mix mortar, screed, grout, etc.) in both horizontal and vertical positions. It is an excellent solution for structural repair, stabilization, and reinforcement of bridges, buildings, and dams, as well as for applications such as anchorage filling, floor screeding, grout and cement pumping. Thanks to its integrated mixer and water-feeding section, mixture ratios can be easily adjusted. The mixture inside the tank is delivered to the application area through a hose, and hose nozzles can be changed according to customer needs. All parts in contact with the material are washable and corrosion-resistant. The double-sealed, water- and dust-proof electrical panel ensures maximum operator safety. Safety features include phase-sequence control, voltage protection, leakage current protection, overcurrent protection, and thermal protection. Spare parts can be replaced easily, and no calibration is required. Its compact design allows use in confined or low-ceiling environments.
