Loss replacement fee 25 SAR General alerts: 📌 Options for activation and receiving the SIM card: This package is available with two options (regular SIM card or eSIM), please read the activation and receipt procedures for each option before completing the order: 1️⃣ First option: the regular SIM card (plastic) • Procedure: we will need you to provide us with your (ID number) to complete verification and authentication via the "Absher" app. • Receipt: after activation by us, you must go to the nearest branch of the service provider and get your SIM as a "loss replacement". 2️⃣ Second option: the electronic SIM (eSIM) • Procedure: we will need you to provide us with your (ID number + verification via Absher), in addition to providing us with a correct and active email. • Receipt: after activation, the electronic SIM barcode will be sent directly to your email so you can scan it and activate the SIM immediately. ⚠️ Very important alert (disclaimer): Your choice of the electronic SIM involves a risk outside our control; if the barcode does not arrive in your email (due to a technical malfunction from the service provider or because of entering an incorrect email), you will need to visit the nearest service provider branch and get it as an "electronic loss replacement" yourself, and we cannot issue a replacement barcode remotely. (Purchasing the product with the electronic SIM option means your full agreement and understanding of these conditions). The SIM is activated with the customer’s ID. Age must be over 18. A valid Absher account and ID are required.
