Product description

The author here, and in these memoirs, was honest and truthful. He described the characters he met with some precise narrative wit; his descriptions allow the reader to breathe life into what was described so that they see them before them as if embodied, not only the characters but even the places, camps, and their minute details, starting from the toilets to the sleeping hall, the mattresses, clothes, shoes, and others, in a way that makes the reader of the memoirs come out with a comprehensive impression of what happened with precise dates. These memoirs are a piece of literary work with accurate content, working on the rhetoric of the event, not the rhetoric of language. So when you finish the book, or perhaps I should say devour it, the impression is that you were on an eternal narrative journey about the Iraqi tragedies that many do not know. The war still remains as a long series; as soon as the first episode ends, the second begins, and so on, without hope of an end to the tunnel that has no light at its end.
