Cyclomethicone liquid

Cyclomethicone liquid - 250 ml (2 × 125 ml bottles) volatile silicone oil used in hair and skin care products to provide moisture to the skin, softening, gloss, and/or silkiness; to reduce greasy feeling from tanning oils; enhances ease of spreading and leaves a smooth and silky feel on the skin. Evaporates quickly leaving little residue on the skin. Cyclomethicone is a mixture of decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane and dodecamethyl cyclohexasiloxane with low viscosity and relatively high volatility and cyclic structure. It is non-polar and insoluble in water but fully miscible in low alcohols, aliphatics, aromatics, and halogenated solvents, and can be used in antiperspirants and skin care formulations.
