You’ll learn the secrets behind perfect focaccia dough— from selecting ingredients to mastering kneading and proofing techniques— in a simple approach suitable for everyone, whether you’re a beginner or a baking enthusiast.

Each participant will receive their own tray and begin their creative journey, decorating their focaccia and adding their favorite toppings and flavors to create something truly personal.

As the focaccia bakes, the experience continues with a lively and engaging atmosphere, where you’ll discover different flavors and take part in a fun “Guess the Secret Flavor” game, with exciting prizes for winners.

Once ready, the delicious aroma fills the space as we gather to slice and enjoy the focaccia together with a warm cup of tea. You can also take your creation home, along with a small gift from us as a lovely keepsake of the experience.
