Swell Roastery - Shan 250 grams

From the middle of mountains enveloped in fog, at an altitude ranging between 1620-1340 meters above sea level. The Baou villages south of Shan in Myanmar, rich in crops, where farmers focus on coffee production alongside avocado, orange, tea, and rice. This coffee is characterized by hints reminiscent of peach, cherry, and pineapple, giving it an exceptional taste suitable for milk drinks and distillation. This crop was processed using anaerobic drying, where coffee cherries are placed in an oxygen-deprived vessel, then after about 42 hours, dried for 18-23 days on raised beds. Variety: Catuaí, Catara.
