Features of Indonesia Cheri coffee: Sumatra region is one of the most coffee-producing areas in Indonesia. Crops with anaerobic processing feature complex hints. It has been roasted perfectly so that the flavors of anaerobic processing do not exceed the palatable taste. Its taste is very wonderful with brewing methods based on drip extraction such as Chemex, Hario V60 pour-over. We recommend using a temperature not exceeding 89 degrees Celsius with this crop to achieve the best extraction. We advise grinding the coffee half a degree coarser than the usual grind for filter and drip beverages.
