Suggested preparation method

A starting recipe for V60 distillation, adjustable according to the tasting result:

1. Use 15g of coffee with 240g of water.
2. Start with a medium grind and water at 92°C.
3. Rinse the filter and discard the rinse water, then add the coffee.
4. Pour 45g of water and wait 30–40 seconds.
5. Continue pouring in two batches until the total amount of water reaches 240g.
6. Start with a total preparation time between 2.5 and 3 minutes.

To compare the attempts, keep the quantity of coffee and water constant, then adjust the degree of grinding alone before changing the rest of the factors.
