Metronidazole 500 mg/100 ml intravenous injection sterile and non-fever causing each 100 ml contains: Metronidazole 500 mg Sodium chloride 740 mg Disodium hydrogen phosphate (2H₂O) 74 mg Citric acid monohydrate 44 mg Sodium (Na) 135.00 mmol (Cl) 126.60 mmol (PO4) 3- 4.20 mmol and theoretical osmolarity. 297 mOsmol pH 4.5-6.0 see attached instructions for dosage and caution: do not use if the bottle leaks, or if the solution is cloudy or contains particles. Protect from light. Single-dose container ignore the unused part. Store at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius
